Production Support Analyst Developer

Charlotte, NC ( HYBRID)

Long Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Eagle STAR and PACE professional to join our team as an L2/L3 Production Support Analyst Developer within a fast-paced investment management environment. This role combines hands-on production support with development and enhancement activities to ensure the stability, accuracy, and performance of Eagle platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR Performance & Reporting and Eagle PACE applications
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
Support batch jobs, data validation, and multi-domain data workflows
Manage escalations and collaborate with dev, infra, and vendor teams
Assist with releases, deployments, and post-production validation
Contribute to enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvements

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Eagle STAR & Eagle PACE (Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
Proficiency in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL and understanding of Eagle data model
Experience with job schedulers (Control-M/Autosys) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
Knowledge of investment/asset management (performance, portfolios, corporate actions)
6+ years IT experience, including 4+ years in Eagle STAR/PACE L2/L3 support

Preferred:

Exposure to FactSet, Eagle Accounting, or performance attribution systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models
