An organization is seeking an experienced
IBM Content Collector / FileNet Engineer to support enterprise content platforms during a critical migration initiative. This role will backfill a
Systems Engineer on medical leave and serve as the primary FileNet support resource for a highly integrated content environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer IBM Content Collector (ICC) across enterprise workflows
- Maintain and support IBM FileNet environments (v5.8 / 5.6.0)
- Ensure content is correctly swept and routed through Pega and Provider workflows
- Support content migration efforts from FileNet to Microsoft 365
- Partner with internal teams to support content movement, upgrades, and platform stability
- Troubleshoot content ingestion, processing, and downstream delivery issues
- Support large-scale data environments with high reliability requirements
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with IBM Content Collector (ICC) (any version)
- Strong IBM FileNet engineering or development experience
- Experience supporting workflow-driven content systems
- Background working with large data volumes
- Exposure to Microsoft 365
- Ability to operate independently as the primary FileNet resource
Preferred Qualifications
- FileNet containerization experience
- Systems Engineering background
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
