Encapture and accelerating the rollout of
TotalAgility-based scan capture integrated with existing
Kofax Capture workflows. The immediate goal is to complete the migration by
July, with potential follow-on work after stabilization.
This role requires
recent, real-world TotalAgility implementation experience (7.9+), not just exposure to Kofax Capture or KTM.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute hands-on configuration and implementation of Tungsten/Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) for scan capture.
- Support migration of ~23 scan jobs from Encapture to TotalAgility while preserving downstream Kofax Capture processing.
- Design and standardize XML + image output patterns consumed by Kofax Capture.
- Address integration edge cases, including signature detection and metadata consistency.
- Partner closely with Regions internal teams and Tungsten offshore resources to:
- Reduce delivery friction
- Clarify requirements
- Drive execution and "definition of done"
- Establish repeatable templates, patterns, and runbooks to accelerate migration velocity.
- Participate in cutover planning and validation (scan integrity, metadata accuracy, Kofax ingestion).
Required Qualifications- Strong, hands-on experience with Kofax / Tungsten TotalAgility (KTA)
- Must have implemented KTA in production environments
- Experience with KTA 7.9+ strongly preferred
- Exposure to or readiness for KTA 2026.x upgrades is a plus
- Experience integrating KTA with Kofax Capture (batch classes, import connectors, downstream processing).
- Deep understanding of scan capture workflows, including:
- Device-based scanning (e.g., Lexmark or similar)
- XML + image (TIFF/PDF) handling
- Ability to act as a senior "doer" - design, configure, troubleshoot, and deliver.
- Strong communication skills, especially in hybrid/onshore-offshore delivery models.
Nice-to-Have / Plus Skills- Previous Encapture (Imagine Solutions) exposure
- Financial services / banking environment experience
- Experience stabilizing or remediating troubled or slow-moving vendor-led implementations
- Familiarity with audit, traceability, and scan-user identity considerations
