Role Summary

The IT Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. This role is critical in aligning technology initiatives with business goals, supporting operations in Chatsworth, California, and collaborating with cross-functional and distributed teams to drive efficiency, security, and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of the organization's ERP platform to meet evolving business needs
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and improve system utilization
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network, server, and systems administration
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure security, reliability, and compliance
  • Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service providers to deliver cost-effective solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Drive strategic IT planning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business performance
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, including network security tools, threat prevention, and secure remote access solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure effective system performance and issue resolution

Compensation & Benefits
  • $120,000-$140,000 plus discretionary bonus

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong background in network infrastructure, security, and systems administration
  • Experience with enterprise ERP systems, including implementation and optimization
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, VPN technologies, and network protection frameworks
  • Demonstrated people management and vendor management experience
  • Understanding of software development concepts, logic, or programming fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience with legacy systems and enterprise platforms (e.g., midrange systems, database tools, or analytics platforms)
  • Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools
  • Project management experience within IT initiatives or system implementations
