Operations Project Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Project Analyst to support advisory account operations and strategic technology initiatives. This role will evolve throughout the project, initially focusing on report review, testing support, screenshot/documentation collection, data analysis, and issue escalation, then transitioning into more hands-on data and account processing as project needs change.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to review reports, identify discrepancies, process information accurately, and support testing and implementation activities. A QA/testing background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Review operational reports and identify discrepancies, exceptions, and issues requiring escalation.
• Collect and analyze testing results, screenshots, and supporting documentation.
• Support QA/testing and system implementation activities.
• Process advisory account setup, maintenance, coding, and data requests.
• Validate data accuracy within systems of record.
• Research and resolve account and data exceptions.
• Analyze operational data and reporting to identify trends and potential risks.
• Support Activity and InvestCloud project initiatives.
• Assist with business requirements, testing, implementation, and process improvements.
• Partner with operations, advisory, business, and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, and operational efficiency.
