Program Manager

• Lead large-scale Salesforce programs across multiple projects, teams, and geographies.
• Drive delivery excellence, governance, and stakeholder alignment across enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce implementations aligned with business goals.

Requirements/Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in program or large-scale project management.
• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Proven experience delivering multi-cloud Salesforce programs with complex integrations.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong financial, risk, and dependency management skills.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Ensure consistent delivery across Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Platform.
• Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies aligned with enterprise standards.
• Partner with architects and product owners to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Ensure adherence to release management, DevOps, and compliance standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, data migration, and platform limitations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and client executives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and analysts.
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies.
• Ensure quality through governance, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Should Have:

• Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Technical Architect or Domain Architect certification.
• Program or project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master.
