Our client is seeking a Business Support Analyst x 2 in for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
The Business Systems Analyst evaluates operational efficiency and analyzes business processes, data, and requirements to identify improvements and support strategic initiatives.
They gather and document stakeholder needs, translate them into clear technical and business specifications, and coordinate solution design and integration across applications and teams.
The analyst conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis, performs root cause evaluations, and recommends workflow, system, and control enhancements to improve performance and ensure compliance.
They lead or support testing activities-including test planning, case development, execution, and reporting-and collaborate with business units, ISD partners, and vendors to implement new products, services, and operational changes.
Additionally, the role monitors system performance, researches emerging technologies, and helps drive successful rollout and adoption of new capabilities.
Skills & Requirements
Evaluate operational efficiency and analyze business processes
