Job Description:
  • 3 5 years of experience in Desktop/IT Support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows and Mac OS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and device setup.
  • Provide onsite technical support to end users, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
