SAP Tier 2 Support provides specialized functional and technical assistance, resolving complex application issues, configuration errors, and user incidents that require in-depth module knowledge. You will handle workflow troubleshooting, data inconsistencies, and change requests beyond the scope of L1 support, serving as the bridge between frontline support and developers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Module Expertise: Deep knowledge in specific functional areas such as SAP (MM and PP).
Technical Troubleshooting: ABAP debugging, reading dump logs, and analyzing SAP notes.
System Configuration: Ability to maintain and troubleshoot SAP GUI and backend settings.
Data & Interface Support: Experience with IDocs, RFC connections, and managing interface issues between SAP and third-party systems.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Solution Manager)
Functional Skills:
Incident Management: Managing medium-to-high severity incidents and managing ticket escalations.
Business Process Knowledge: Understanding how SAP supports core business functions to distinguish between user errors and system bugs.
User Support & Training: Providing advanced support, creating KT documentation.
Root Cause Analysis: Identifying the root cause of recurring issues to prevent future incidents
Functional Specifications: Ability to create and maintain the Functional Specifications and be able to present to the TCB-Technical Review Board

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
