QA Analyst - Employee Document Repository (EDR)

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support the Employee Document Repository (EDR) product team. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through comprehensive testing, defect management, and release validation activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with enterprise platforms including Workday and ServiceNow. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Develop, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and user story acceptance criteria.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and release testing across multiple applications.
  • Validate system functionality and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute regression testing activities for each software release.
  • Review test results, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Defect Management
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve application issues.
  • Verify fixes and perform retesting as required.
  • Ensure adequate test coverage and resolve testing ambiguities.
Agile Collaboration & Reporting
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to validate requirements and testing outcomes.
  • Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, defect reports, and execution summaries.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate testing progress, quality metrics, and release readiness.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Workday
    • ServiceNow
    • SQL Server Management Studio (SQL)
    • Jira
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting HR systems, document management platforms, or enterprise repository applications.
  • Knowledge of release management practices and regression testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management, reporting, and quality assurance best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
