Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM Functional Architect to lead the design and implementation of EAM solutions within our SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role is responsible for aligning business processes with SAP best practices in asset management, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end SAP EAM solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of SAP EAM/PM/CS experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM architecture, including Master Data, Maintenance Planning, Order Processing, Notifications, Maintenance Strategy, and Scheduling.
Experience with SAP Fiori apps relevant to EAM.
Strong understanding of business processes in Asset Management, Utilities, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Transportation industries.
Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

SAP Certification in EAM / S/4HANA Asset Management.
Experience with SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN) and Predictive Maintenance and Service (PdMS).
Knowledge of integration with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Field Service Management (FSM).
Experience with cloud-based solutions and BTP extensions.
