Job Description

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers with strong front-end development skills and solid AWS expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across modern JavaScript technologies, React, Node.js, Java, Spring, microservices, and AWS infrastructure.

Candidates should be comfortable using AI-powered development tools as part of their daily development workflow and should have strong communication skills, with executive-level communication experience being a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications in an enterprise environment.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

• Work with Next.js for modern web application development; experience with Next.js is highly preferred.

• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring, and microservices architecture.

• Develop and integrate event-driven services using Apache Kafka.

• Design, configure, and support AWS infrastructure and cloud services.

• Participate in infrastructure development, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting within AWS.

• Collaborate with UI/UX, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality applications.

• Use AI-powered development tools regularly to improve development productivity and code quality.

• Develop interactive and scalable user interfaces and contribute to future UI enhancements.

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Work with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders when required.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong full stack development experience with a heavier focus on front-end development.

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

• Strong experience with Java, Spring, and microservices.

• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and AWS infrastructure.

• Experience using AI-powered development tools in day-to-day software development.

• Strong understanding of modern web application development.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in an enterprise development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js.

• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or other monitoring and observability tools.

• Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud operations.

• Experience developing interactive and highly scalable web applications.

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
