Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wyoming that are seeking Automation Engineers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
  • Design, program, and test PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation system failures and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems and procedures.
  • Conduct training for operators and maintenance personnel on new automation technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and HMI development.
  • Proficient in robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
  • Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
  • Experience with vision systems and sensor integration for quality control and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Industry 4.0 or Smart Factory initiatives.
  • Familiarity with a variety of PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Rockwell).
  • Exposure to simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim, AnyLogic).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms for data storage and analysis (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
