Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Programs and configures PLCs, HMIs, robots, and other automation equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues with existing automation systems and equipment.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation for automation systems, including schematics, programming logic, and operational procedures.
• Conducts testing, validation, and commissioning of new and modified automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related field.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, EtherNet/IP).
• Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) and their integration into manufacturing lines.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automated control systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integration.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms for data storage and analysis (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT).
• Experience with vision systems for quality control and automation.
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff).
