Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Workday AMS Integrations Lead to drive integration design, development, and support within a complex Workday environment. This role will act as a technical leader across AMS and implementation initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

< data-start="756" data-end="806">Integration Design, Development & Support

• Monitor and maintain the health of inbound and outbound Workday integrations
• Lead discovery, design, and development of integrations for implementations and AMS support
• Build solutions using Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP)
• Manage integration schedules, events, and notifications
• Troubleshoot integration failures, alerts, and performance issues
• Perform root cause analysis across technical, data, and business process layers
• Act as L3 support, handling complex incidents and critical issues
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data standards

• Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations and enhancements
• Support Workday bi-annual releases (impact analysis, testing, deployment)
• Collaborate with functional teams for process alignment
• Drive UAT and regression testing efforts
• Develop and execute unit/system test cases and manage defect resolution

• Act as solution lead across modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Recruiting, Financials)
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Advise on Workday best practices and system capabilities
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Ensure end-to-end process understanding across systems

• Own Workday integration architecture and ensure scalability
• Enforce governance, change management, and release processes
• Scope, estimate, and deliver solutions from ticketing systems
• Manage offshore/onshore integration teams
• Ensure delivery meets business and operational expectations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience (implementation + AMS support)
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP)
• Experience with multiple Workday modules (HCM required; others preferred)
• Proven ability to lead business-facing discussions
• Experience in global delivery models (onshore/offshore)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Prior experience as Workday Integration/Technical Lead
• Exposure to large-scale/global Workday environments
• Knowledge of Workday security and compliance frameworks
• Workday certifications (Integration, HCM, etc.)
