DescriptionOur healthcare client is hiring (6) IT Support Technicians to provide on-site Tier 1/2 support. These technicians will serve as additional hands to support a go-live application. The need for this positions is to handle the influx of help desk tickets, due to the rollout. Technicians will support workflow stabilization, triage issues, and escalate as needed while working closely with internal IT teams. Overall, this position is great for IT professionals looking for short-term work, individuals with IT certificates or recent grads with hardware and/or application experience
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for Epic-related issues during go-live.
- Serve as runners for on-unit support needs.
- Assist with desktop/device troubleshooting, basic hardware tasks, and workstation readiness.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal IT teams.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Support onsite Parkview leadership and clinicians.
Project Start: February 20, 2026 at 20:00
Go-Live Date: February 21, 2026
Duration: 2 weeks
Training: 8 hours during regular business hours prior to go-live
Shifts & CoverageTechnicians will be assigned to cover 2nd and 3rd shifts for the entire two-week period:
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
**Coverage includes nights and weekends, and hours will be consistent throughout the two-week support window.
Training & Access Requirements- Attend 8 hours of in-person training during normal business hours prior to Feb 20
- Complete any required Parkview/Riverview access provisioning (badge, login, compliance modules)
- Must be able to work on-site for all scheduled shifts
Logistics- Onsite reporting location designated IT command center (details pending)
- Will report to IT leadership on each shift
- No tools required; standard equipment will be provided
- Parking and onsite instructions will be included in onboarding packet
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Noblesville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
