Step out of the field-and into a leadership role that shapes the next generation of technicians.What You'll Do- Leading instructor-led classroom sessions for 24-30 adult learners
- Delivering advanced technical instruction through lecture, hands-on labs, and assessments
- Teaching structured cabling and telecom concepts with an emphasis on fiber installation and safety
- Breaking down complex technical topics for entry-level learners with little to no prior experience
- Mentoring and coaching Associate Trainers during training delivery
- Partnering with another trainer in a co-delivery model
- Maintaining classroom structure, pacing, and learner engagement
- Preparing and maintaining training labs, tools, and environments
- Evaluating learner performance and completing reporting and assessments
- Providing feedback and recommendations to training leadership
- Supporting continuous improvement of training delivery and curriculum
Program Stability & GrowthThis is a part of a
long-term, multi-year training initiative with significant scale. The program is expected to train
tens of thousands of technicians over time, creating strong stability for trainers who perform well.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
