Data Center Senior Technical Trainer

Step out of the field-and into a leadership role that shapes the next generation of technicians.
What You'll Do

• Leading instructor-led classroom sessions for 24-30 adult learners
• Delivering advanced technical instruction through lecture, hands-on labs, and assessments
• Teaching structured cabling and telecom concepts with an emphasis on fiber installation and safety
• Breaking down complex technical topics for entry-level learners with little to no prior experience
• Mentoring and coaching Associate Trainers during training delivery
• Partnering with another trainer in a co-delivery model
• Maintaining classroom structure, pacing, and learner engagement
• Preparing and maintaining training labs, tools, and environments
• Evaluating learner performance and completing reporting and assessments
• Providing feedback and recommendations to training leadership
• Supporting continuous improvement of training delivery and curriculum

Program Stability & Growth
This is a part of a long-term, multi-year training initiative with significant scale. The program is expected to train tens of thousands of technicians over time, creating strong stability for trainers who perform well.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
