### Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive financial Knowledge Graph architecture that captures sophisticated relationships and dependencies.
Build robust graph processing pipelines for ingestion, transformation, knowledge extraction, and advanced analytics.
Apply graph algorithms to reveal hidden patterns and relationships across financial data.
Establish best practices for graph development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive organizational change management and adoption of graph-based research solutions.
Support technical team development, mentoring, and hiring as graph capabilities expand.
### Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in knowledge graph engineering, graph database development, or related work.
Deep expertise in graph data modeling, Ontology design, and semantic technologies, particularly for financial applications.
Hands-on experience with a major graph database technology, such as Neo4j, TigerGraph, or Amazon Neptune.
Advanced programming skills in Python or another high-level language for graph applications and algorithms.
Experience integrating disparate data sources into unified knowledge graphs.
Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and hiring specialized technical talent.
Demonstrated success implementing technical change management, collaborating with challenging stakeholders, and maintaining high ethical standards.
### Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering graph-based analytics that support fundamental research or investment decision-making.
Familiarity with alternative datasets and cross-functional collaboration involving research, product, engineering, and compliance teams.
A record of promoting sustainable engineering practices and developing engineers into graph specialists.
