We are seeking a Project / Program Manager (IT 3) to support the CAT AI Assistant, a recently launched digital product. This role focuses on post-launch program execution, scaling initiatives, and cross-functional coordination across multiple teams.
The Program Manager will help stand up and support a growing program management function, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication across product, engineering, and business teams.
This role requires a strong ability to connect multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive alignment in a large matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Execution
Develop and maintain integrated program/project plans, including workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and critical path tracking.
Track program progress against schedules and commitments, identifying risks and driving corrective actions.
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams and time zones to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain transparency through project plans, risk tracking, and status reporting.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with multiple teams including:
o Product
o Engineering
o Machine Integration
o Connectivity
o Safety & Regulatory
o Commercialization
o Go-To-Market teams
Facilitate collaboration between product, engineering, AI/data teams, UX, and business stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between engineering teams and broader business stakeholders.
Governance & Communication
Lead recurring program execution meetings, standups, and status reviews.
Prepare and present program updates, leadership briefings, and presentation materials.
Maintain decision logs, action items, and project documentation for transparency and auditability.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify program risks, issues, and assumptions early.
Develop mitigation and contingency plans to maintain program momentum.
Escalate risks appropriately to stakeholders and leadership.
Continuous Improvement
Support improvements in project management processes, tools, and reporting cadence to improve program efficiency and predictability. Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor s or Master s degree
5+ years of experience in project or program management
Experience managing complex digital or technology programs
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including:
o Project planning
o Scheduling
o Dependency management
o Critical path analysis
Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
Strong risk and issue management capabilities.
Ability to analyze project data and translate it into clear insights for teams and leadership.
Experience working in technology or digital delivery environments supporting software, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in large, matrixed organizations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI or AI-powered product development environments (preferred but not required).
Experience working with engineering-facing programs or technical product teams.
Familiarity with integration-heavy product ecosystems.
