Proven experience delivering end-to-end compensation and variable pay implementations.
Strong knowledge of XML, compensation formulas, and data import tables.
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ability to design and manage complex compensation, bonus, and stock calculations.
Strong understanding of HR compensation processes and best practices
