Job Description: Salesforce Business Analyst
- The business analyst will lead requirements elicitation and create a detailed technical design blueprint for a new Unemployment Insurance Case Management Solution (CMS)
- Develop a comprehensive technical design document (systems design, architecture, integrations, workflows, and requirements) that systems designers will use to build the CMS.
- Translate statutory, regulatory, security, and investigative requirements into clear, implementable specifications and workflows for civil law enforcement style investigations.
CASE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION WITH ANY LAW ENGORCEMENT IS MANDATORY
Required qualifications
minimum of five (5) years experience:
o gathering requirements and drafting technical specifications.
o working on projects of similar scope and complexity to this project.
minimum of five (5) years experience and has successfully completed at least three (3) projects:
o developing workflows in Salesforce.
o developing investigative workflows for civil law enforcement investigations, audits, or personnel misconduct investigations.
o working with a detailed framework of statutory and regulatory requirements including confidentiality requirements.
o working with data analytic systems (e.g., Splunk) and developing integrated workflows that include information from those systems.
Preferred qualifications
- Demonstrated track record designing investigative workflows for criminal investigations or comparable high-stakes enforcement contexts.
- Experience designing case management or investigative solutions for government labor, benefits, or fraud investigation programs.
