FULLTIME with Hexaware
Below are the required modules:

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and training the HRIS area, with emphasis on knowledge transfer, system navigation, and practical daytoday use of Oracle.
- Assisting with ticket triage and prioritization, helping balance operational requests with ongoing optimization work.
- Providing functional Oracle HRIS support to ensure businessasusual activities continue to run smoothly.
- Serving as an experienced point of contact to help bridge capacity gaps and maintain system stability.
Required skills
- Strong handson experience with Oracle HRIS in an operational or support capacity.
- Proven ability to mentor or train HRIS team members, particularly those new to Oracle.
- Experience working in a ticketbased support environment, including prioritization and issue management.
- Comfortable operating in a postimplementation environment, supporting stabilization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative communicator who can work effectively with both HRIS leads and business stakeholders.
