Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Data Developer to support enterprise healthcare data modernization initiatives. This role requires strong experience in requirements gathering, SQL, data analysis, and data warehousing, along with the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams. Experience with AWS, Snowflake, and BI/reporting tools is highly valued.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
Excellent SQL querying and data profiling skills
Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing / Enterprise Data Platforms
Familiarity with HIPAA / healthcare data privacy
Experience working with AWS Cloud Services
Experience with Snowflake or cloud-based databases
BI reporting exposure (Tableau, Cognos, etc.)
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare / Medicaid domain experience
Tableau reporting experience
Strong experience supporting data modernization or cloud migration program
