Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an SAP Integration Suite Senior Developer to support a mission-critical SAP S/4HANA solution for a federal agency. This role is responsible for solutions that exchange data among SAP instances and external systems. The position requires expertise in SAP Integration Suite and experience with transportation operations, systems, or programs, ensuring capabilities align with transportation doctrine and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis of business operations to validate requirements, scope, and suggest process improvements.
- Analyze business requirements to design and develop end-to-end integration flows (iFlows).
- Evaluate, model, and design interface objects from an enterprise Service Architecture perspective.
- Analyze the current landscape to identify integration gaps and recommend modernization strategies.
- Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents.
- Conduct unit, integration, and release testing to validate functionality.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP Integration Middleware.
Technical Skills:- Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI/Cloud Integration), SAP Integration Advisor, and API management.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BTP architecture.
- Proficiency in Groovy scripts, XSLT, and implementing message mapping (MIG/MAG).
- Understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12) and DoD EDI standards.
- Experience configuring EDI interfaces using TPM Configuration and adapters (AS2, SFTP, OData).
- Understanding of REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, EDI, and JSON/XML formats.
- Experience in API Management, including publishing, securing, and monitoring APIs.
- Ability to configure standard and custom adapters (SFTP, REST, SOAP, OData, JDBC, IDoc).
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position is a pay rate between $65.00 and $75.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
