Job Description:

Position: Digital Channel Strategy Execution Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC

On-Site Requirement: 3-4 days/week on-site

Duration: up to 18 months

Type: W2 contract, paid hourly

W2 Contract Pay: $70-82.65/hr

Responsibilities:

This role would support the buildout of a robust Business Risk program focused on effective management of digital process, risk, and controls. This role will be highly focused on business process documentation, procedure development and issue/problem management, working with various LOB groups to ensure ongoing adherence to enterprise and regulatory requirements.

Must Have:

8+ years of experience in positions that carry increasing levels of responsibility, including experience in digital product management, business risk management, or business consulting

Business Process Management (BPM)

Requirement and Gap analysis

Procedure development and documentation

Ability to think critically and strategically, multi-task, and drive change.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Working knowledge of commercial and corporate banking

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with advanced proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word)

Analytical skills; proficiency in leveraging data to measure business & channel performance, discover insights, and drive fact-based decision-making (Excel, Tableau)

Strong cross-functional collaboration & facilitation skills; ability to design, structure & lead productive and efficient working sessions to develop viable plans

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in an organization

Knowledge / training in agile software delivery & portfolio management

Preferred:

Financial Industry Experience

Bachelors Degree

Risk Control Self-Assessment experience

Digital Product Developer/Product Owner

Familiarity with digital standards, including ADA, browser/OS/device standards, regulatory requirements, etc.

Experience building out governance and oversight programs to educate, enable, track, and ensure compliance to standards
