Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Manager, Growth Operations, to join their team. This role is onsite at either the LA location or the NY location with the preference being the NY location. No remote candidates.

Overview:
The Growth Strategy and Operations Manager owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of organic growth initiatives across the client's direct-to-consumer (DTC) portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping, operationalizing, and scaling growth strategies aligned with business objectives and outcomes.

Partnering with senior leaders across the client's DTC business units, the Growth Strategy and Operations Manager translates growth priorities into actionable initiatives by aligning product, platform, marketing, and operational capabilities. The role requires oversight of complex, large-scale growth programs, ensuring cross-functional execution, accountability, and continuous optimization.

Working closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams, the Growth Strategy and Operations Manager leads integrated, multi-channel customer initiatives designed to accelerate acquisition, deepen engagement, improve retention, and expand brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a strategic partner to the client's DTC business unit leaders, translating growth priorities into executable initiatives and programs
* Advise the client's DTC leaders on platform, product, and operational capabilities required to support growth objectives, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technical enablement
* Develop and own the client's DTC organic growth roadmap and associated success metrics
* Partner with Marketing teams to define multi-channel growth strategies, campaign playbooks, and experimentation frameworks that drive scalable organic growth through testing and optimization
* Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize innovation across organic campaign performance, operational efficiency, and product tooling

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
