Product Manager

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota (Partial Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

A position is available for a Digital Product Manager to lead a key product portfolio. This role will drive the strategy, development, and global expansion of a digital solution designed for food and beverage manufacturers to centralize, monitor, and document sanitation and food safety procedures. The objective is to deliver measurable value and innovation to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the digital product portfolio, focusing on customer-facing intelligence and operational insights.
  • Oversee integrated solution dependency management, stakeholder communications, and technology program management deliverables.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage feature development, lifecycle management, innovation, and global expansion.
  • Drive the product roadmap, including investment estimates, costs, and return on investment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data science, and UX to coordinate deliverables, scope, and timelines.
  • Ensure business and technical requirements align with division goals and customer needs.
  • Support data validation processes and investigate discrepancies between source data systems and product outputs.
  • Create and present high-level project readouts for senior management.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent experience.

Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a digital environment and 3+ years in product management. Experience communicating cross-functionally and globally is required. Professional background should include managing project issues, conflicts, and risks while delivering projects within budget and scope.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience with Agile Methodology.
  • Project management experience, acting as a primary interface between IT and business partners.
  • Understanding of business benefits and issues for each project.
  • Ability to deliver quality solutions and develop process improvements.
  • Understanding of technical solutions, particularly in manufacturing or food and beverage environments.
Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and experience.
