Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee a compliance platform transition for a senior care organization. This long-term contract position offers part-time flexibility, starting at 5 hours per week with the potential to increase to 10-15 hours as needed. Based in Denver, Colorado, the role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination, tracking progress, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Manage the transition from an existing compliance platform to a new system, ensuring all tasks and timelines are met.
Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress.
Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with a high level of attention to detail.
Provide regular updates on project status, addressing potential risks and roadblocks proactively.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clarity and collaboration.
Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian Jira to monitor and report on progress.
Offer hands-on support during the implementation process, helping resolve issues as they arise.
Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and accessible for stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically with software or platform transitions.
Strong proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and IT project management practices.
Demonstrated ability to track tasks, timelines, and dependencies with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
Experience with software implementations and managing cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of compliance, risk, or ethics platforms is preferred but not required.
Prior experience with Convercent is a plus but not mandatory.
