Client Partners- Atlanta GA
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Client Partners (at Director or AVP level) to drive
business growth, manage client relationships, and strategize farming goals working with
technology teams at Bitwise. Candidate should have experience in services
organization delivering on multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have over 15
years of experience in the IT or consulting industry, with a proven track record in
handling large enterprise accounts in North America. Working experience with Cards &
Payments is must.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in
enterprise accounts.
o Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and
addressing any concerns promptly through delivery of the solution
Account Growth:
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling data, analytics, and
app development services.
o Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth
targets.
Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor account management teams on strategic account
growth, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
o Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met
consistently.
Delivery Oversight:
o Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client
objectives.
o Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful
outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, pre-sales, and
operations, to provide tailored solutions to clients.
o Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
o 15+ years of experience (Last 10yrs + in account management ) in IT
consulting, data analytics, or enterprise account management.
o Proven expertise in managing large enterprise accounts in North America.
Leadership:
o Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring seamless
collaboration across functions.
Industry Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of data and analytics trends, technologies, and
solutions.
Business Acumen:
o Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
o Strategic thinker with the ability to align client goals with company
offerings.
Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or
related fields (Master's degree preferred).
