Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thinks like an owner, understands business drivers, and proactively anticipates risks and dependencies.

Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, and delivery of infrastructure-driven IT projects, with a strong focus on physical network installations (routers, switches) and enterprise infrastructure initiatives. This role partners closely with IT delivery teams, engineering resources, and executive stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time project execution.

Responsibilities include:
* Full lifecycle project management, executive-level status reporting, risk and issue management, and coordination of schedules across multiple teams
* Actively manage the triple constraint (scope, schedule, cost) while adapting to changing business needs
* Daily activities include planning and maintaining project schedules, managing interdependencies, tracking milestones, facilitating cross-functional communication, and producing accurate project documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP certification or Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) required
* 5+ years of project management experience, with at least four (4) years owning full project delivery
* Microsoft Project (MSP) experience is mandatory for schedule development and management
* Working knowledge of Jira preferred
* Proven experience scheduling and coordinating physical network installations, including routers and switches
* Experience working within SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile) is preferred, along with exposure to network, server, support, and application maintenance environments
* Strong infrastructure background (networking, servers, enterprise IT environments)
* Demonstrated ability to manage the triple constraint and apply core PM fundamentals in complex environments
* High proficiency in PM tools: Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
* Excellent organizational, communication, and executive-level reporting skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments
* Ability to build relationships and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
* Military background preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
