Job Description
Key Qualifications:
- Strong experience in program management within fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of datacenter L2/L3 networking or telecom networking.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting networking products.
- Experience with networking lab build-out and management.
- Knowledge of FTTH / GPON telecom networking.
- Prior experience working with OLT (Optical Line Terminal) and ONT (Optical Network Terminal) equipment.
- Experience with OLT/ONT testing, including writing test plans and test cases.
- Ability to simulate network scenarios related to OLT and ONT devices in a lab setting.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage complex technical projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Ability to effectively grasp and communicate complex technical topics.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BNG (Broadband Network Gateway), Core Router, OLT (Optical Line Terminal) and ONT (Optical Network Terminal) equipment.
- Experience with Element Management System
- Hands on knowledge with JIRA and test case management tool
- Ability to script is a plus
