Oracle Research & Grants BSA

This position includes regular onsite work, typically 1-3 days per month. The exact schedule and frequency may be adjusted as needed to meet departmental and operational demands.

Success in this role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configuration, data validation, regression testing, and issue triage, as well as proficiency in tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, BI Cloud Connect, and PPM Extracts and Integration. Experience supporting one or more Oracle PPM and finance modules such as AR, Billing, Cash management, Student Finance.

Required Qualifications

• BA Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or BS in Computer Science, Information System, or related field and 5 or more years of directly related experience; and/or equivalent experience/training.
• 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud or comparable ERP systems.
• 3+ years of experience in relational database, SQL, or system development life-cycle project; and/or equivalent experience/training.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent role supporting Oracle Cloud PPM, Grants or Financials
• Advanced knowledge of business and process analysis methodologies (e.g., eliciting requirements, gap analysis, root cause analysis).
• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
• Expertise in translating business needs into clear functional specifications and system configurations.
• Advanced skills in process design, software configuration, and system modification from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Proficiency in system testing, data validation, and issue triage across multiple functional domains.
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in
• the organization. Interpersonal and communications skills to work with both technical and non- technical personnel at various levels in the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years related experience
• Knowledge of PPM, grants, supply chain, human capital management, or finance systems and processes
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
