Program Overview

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Task 2 - Enterprise Applications Support - delivers engineering, operations, and sustainment of enterprise software applications and IT capabilities supporting more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 ARNG sites nationwide. This task area ensures mission-critical applications remain current, secure, and aligned with evolving ARNG requirements by integrating innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement practices into application lifecycle management.

Position Summary

ECS is seeking a Full Stack Engineer - Journeyman to support the ARNG ENOCS program by designing and developing robust, secure, and scalable applications. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in integrating front-end and back-end components to enhance enterprise systems, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards. This position is pivotal in advancing the program's mission by leveraging modern frameworks and cloud technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the dynamic needs of the Army National Guard.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement front-end and back-end application components for enterprise systems.
  • Develop and integrate APIs and databases to support application functionality.
  • Create user interfaces that enhance user experience while maintaining security standards.
  • Implement secure authentication mechanisms in compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
  • Adhere to secure development lifecycle standards throughout the software development process.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and integration of complex systems, focusing on web applications and AWS cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and technical requirements.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.


Required Skills

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Basic proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CND
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Associate's degree in Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development and systems integration.
  • Proficiency in enterprise application development using modern frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies for software development.
  • Demonstrated ability to test and validate complex systems.


Desired Skills

Desired Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active TS//SCI preferred
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Experience in secure development practices within a DoD environment.
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
