Senior Product Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Irving, TX.

Duties:
* Senior Product Designer will Lead complex initiatives from problem identification through implementation, helping define and maintain standards, processes, and best practices that improve consistency and scalability across products, services, or business functions
* Evaluate user needs, accessibility considerations, adoption trends, and implementation challenges to recommend improvements, updates, or retirement of existing standards and processes
* Contribute to governance frameworks and decision-making processes that support long-term consistency and quality
* As a Senior Product Designer, you will develop clear guidelines, requirements, documentation, and testing approaches that support consistent execution and implementation across teams
* Design and establish repeatable workflows, interaction patterns, and operational processes that improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience
* Create prototypes, mockups, or working models to validate concepts, interactions, workflows, and user experiences before implementation
* Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and effectively implemented

REQUIREMENTS:
* Typically, 5+ years of experience in product design, user experience, systems design, process design, or a related field
* Experience leading initiatives that support multiple products, teams, or business functions
* Experience creating standards, frameworks, processes, or capabilities adopted by multiple teams or business units
* Experience designing and managing complex workflows, interactions, edge cases, accessibility considerations, and issue resolution processes
* Experience translating concepts and requirements into clear documentation, specifications, guidelines, or other implementation-ready deliverables
* Equivalent combinations of experience, accomplishments, and demonstrated impact will be considered

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
