Exceptional PowerPoint skills (non‑negotiable): creates clean, executive‑ready decks with strong structure, visuals, and storytelling
Strong written and verbal communication: able to distill complex, messy inputs into clear, concise summaries and next steps
Highly skilled at organizing data across trackers, spreadsheets, and shared tools (Excel, SharePoint, Loop, Lists)
Experience creating and maintaining simple dashboards (Excel or Power BI) to show engagement status, trends, and coverage
Able to translate raw engagement data into clear insights for leadership

What this person will do

Produce executive summaries, readouts, and updates for senior Microsoft leadership
Turn notes, emails, and unstructured inputs into clear themes, actions, and decisions
Maintain engagement trackers and ensure data is accurate, current, and easy to interpret
Support customer engagement programs (exec briefings, workshops, CABs, events) by tracking actions, owners, and follow‑ups
Bring structure and clarity to fast‑moving, ambiguous workstreams

Critical traits

Extremely detail‑oriented and organized
Strong judgment on what matters vs. noise
Comfortable working independently with minimal direction
Proactive about surfacing gaps, risks, and recommendations
Fast, responsive, and able to iterate quickly based on feedback

Tools & environment

Advanced: PowerPoint, Excel
Working knowledge: Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Loop or Lists
Experience supporting executive‑level stakeholders strongly preferred
