Job#: 3025056 Job Description: Core PurposeServe as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team by owning requirements, backlog management, and testing throughout the project lifecycle. Support the Project Manager by driving clarity, alignment, and delivery of business value.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Backlog- Gather, document, refine, and validate business requirements, features, and user stories.
- Break down stories for development and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure requirements are understood by developers.
- Ask probing questions to uncover true business needs and implications.
Stakeholder Engagement- Act as liaison between business units, PM, and technical teams.
- Understand "as-is" and "to-be" processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and support users post-deployment.
- Help manage expectations around scope, priorities, and timelines.
Project & Technical Support- Assist the PM by owning analysis and testing components.
- Support developers by clarifying requirements, researching issues, and escalating technical blockers.
- Create mockups, model system interactions, and identify data requirements.
- Contribute to project documentation and continuous improvement recommendations.
Agile Delivery- Lead iterative definition of features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with the development team on task creation and estimation.
- Maintain testing plans aligned with iterative development.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's in IT or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of business analysis and requirements work.
- Experience with Agile processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively under deadlines.
