Summary

We are looking for an experienced OCM Lead with 12+ years of experience in organizational change management and enterprise technology transformation.

Key Skills:

Change management strategy and integrated OCM planning
Client engagement and stakeholder management
Change impact assessments and readiness surveys
Communications strategy and training leadership
Change Champion Network (CCN) and user adoption
Adoption KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards
Go-live, hypercare, and onshore/offshore team leadership
