Summary

Key Responsibilities

Define and oversee the overall OCM strategy, roadmap, and adoption plan.
Guide onshore and offshore OCM Leads across stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and change champion initiatives.
Advise executive sponsors and client leadership on change risks, adoption progress, and mitigation strategies.
Review and assure the quality of key OCM deliverables before client sign-off.
Monitor adoption KPIs, readiness surveys, user engagement, and business outcomes.
Manage escalations, delivery risks, resource planning, and global team coordination.
Oversee hypercare, sustainment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

15+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Strong expertise in change strategy, stakeholder management, communications, training, and adoption measurement.
Experience advising executive sponsors and senior client stakeholders.
Experience managing global onshore/offshore teams.
Excellent executive communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
