RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Chicago, IL.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with technical expertise in payment solutions to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance and innovate our contact center payment experiences. This role focuses on delivering secure, compliant, and customer-centric payment capabilities across omnichannel environments (Voice + Chat). You will partner closely with business, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of payment-technology initiatives such as payment gateways, fraud prevention enhancements, refund capabilities, and multi-channel payment integration
* Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement payment solutions across multiple sales and service channels, including contact centers
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Assist in defining project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
* Develop detailed project plans to track and monitor progress
* Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using structured change-control processes
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks
* Lead project requirements sessions and clarify detailed deliverables
* Track project performance to evaluate success on short- and long-term objectives
* Meet budgetary goals and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
* Develop and share comprehensive project plans with internal teams and external partners

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
* Proven experience managing complex technical projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong client-facing and internal stakeholder communication ability
* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
