Job Description


We are seeking an Engineer III to join our dynamic team supporting Executive Solutions clients, including B70+ leaders and executive office teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client-facing technical support across Cisco, Dell, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with the ability to deliver reliable system administration and production support while building effective stakeholder relationships.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide white-glove technical servicing and support to executive leaders and their office staff.

  • Triage, diagnose, and resolve incidents across Cisco, Dell endpoints, and Microsoft 365 services.

  • Administer and support OneDrive, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools to ensure continuity of service.

  • Perform system administration and production support activities with attention to availability and security.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Hands-on client support experience for executive or VIP users.

  • Proficiency with Cisco technologies and Dell hardware support.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, including OneDrive and SharePoint administration.

  • System administration and production support in enterprise environments.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience maintaining executive-level relationships and communications.

  • Background in incident, problem, and change management practices.
