Job#: 3032301 Job Description: Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the migration of engineering documentation into
Stages Process Management Software. This role will serve as both a technical contributor and a subject matter expert for Stages, ensuring accurate, compliant documentation while supporting and training other electrical engineers on proper system use. The ideal candidate brings strong electrical engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with Stages software, and the ability to guide teams through process and tooling transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the migration of existing engineering documentation into Stages Process Management Software, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with engineering standards
- Serve as the primary Stages software subject matter expert for the electrical engineering team
- Review, organize, and standardize engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and change records
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure documentation aligns with design intent and project requirements
- Develop and deliver training sessions and reference materials to onboard and upskill other Electrical Engineers on Stages software usage and best practices
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and process guidance related to Stages
- Establish documentation workflows and best practices to support long-term process sustainability
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, revision control, and audit requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation efficiency and process adoption across the engineering organization
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of professional Electrical Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Stages Process Management Software is required
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering documentation, drawings, and design workflows
- Experience working with document control, engineering change management, or regulated documentation systems
- Ability to train, mentor, and support engineers with varying levels of software proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience leading or supporting documentation migration or system implementation initiatives
- Experience developing training documentation, SOPs, or user guides
- Familiarity with engineering quality systems or compliance-driven environments
