Summary

job summary:

Our client is looking for a support specialist to join their team. They are responsible for managing the security and lifecycle for Windows and Mac devices. You will bridge the gap between engineering and end-users, ensuring vulnerabilities are identified and remediated to maintain a high security posture.

responsibilities:


Tech Support - Sr.


Responsibilities:


Provide endpoint vulnerability remediation support using various tools and techniques to remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities


Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to calls received to the Capital One Service Desk


Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve desktop vulnerabilities


Remotely access and support end-user machines to achieve first call resolution


Utilize Service Now as the ticketing tool to track and escalate incidents for end users


Participate in projects and program initiatives within the team


Basic Qualifications:


High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification


At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree or military experience


1 + year of equivalent Mac support experience


1+ years of equivalent Windows OS support experience


2+ years of end-user support experience


1+ years experience with ServiceNow


  • 1+ years of experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools (Qualys, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, BeyondTrust)
