Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level EDI/B2B solutions. This role requires deep hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator and the ability to lead complex integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Develop, maintain, support, and monitor IBM Sterling Commerce applications and pipelines
  • Build and manage business processes (BPML) and Sterling adapters
  • Develop and manage EDI maps (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV, Flat files)
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI transactions and system performance
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

Required Skills:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (v5.2.6 or higher)
  • Strong expertise in EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT
  • Hands-on experience with BPML, XML, XSLT, and APIs/Web Services
  • Strong knowledge of communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN
  • Experience with DB2 and SQL
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain domain
  • Prior experience in leading EDI/integration teams
