Senior Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Engineer in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Operationalize the technology operating model, rhythms, and governance frameworks
* Establish and run impact measurement frameworks, with consistent progress tracking and reporting
* Drive process optimization initiatives across the technology organization
* Develop executive-ready strategy narratives using data, storytelling, and presentations
* Support executive cadences by facilitating senior-level discussions as needed
* Analyze data using advanced Excel and basic visualization to inform strategic decisions
* Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve execution, alignment, and delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* Familiarity with the payments industry and platform technologies
* Experience designing and implementing OKR frameworks and reporting
* Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and basic data visualization
* Proven ability to articulate technology strategy through executive-level storytelling and presentations
* High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Visualization tools a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to executive audiences
* Ability to lead or support executive-level conversations and cadences
* Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and quality focus
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement and colleague growth

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
