Junior/Mid Level Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking two Business Analysts to support a change management governance initiative focused on risk assessment and business readiness. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, working with stakeholders, and turning data into clear, meaningful insights. This role is not highly technical. Success comes from strong communication, solid Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a good understanding of governance and risk principles.

Responsibilities:
* Support end-to-end change management and governance activities
* Help assess risk and impact for new or changing business activities
* Build and maintain governance and change control documentation
* Support training materials and user guides
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior leaders
* Analyze data and provide clear, actionable insights
* Meet with stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment
* Help monitor adoption, resistance, and sustainment of change

Day-to-Day Work:
* Creating and updating governance documents
* Supporting training and change communications
* Working in Excel to validate and analyze data
* Turning numbers and insights into clean, executive-ready PowerPoint slides
* Coordinating with multiple teams to keep programs on track

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-4 years of experience with data analysis and reporting
* 2-3 years of relevant experience
* 1+ years of experience with change management or risk assessment
* Background in financial services, risk, or governance is a plus
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and supporting day-to-day work
* Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* PowerPoint: able to create clear, concise, and visually strong slides
* Excel: basic to moderate skills (referencing data across sheets/workbooks)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
