Job Description


We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, ES Agentforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in executive-level presentations, marketing messaging, product marketing, and demo development and a proven ability to craft compelling narratives, drive go-to-market execution, and enable revenue impact.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop clear, outcome-focused messaging for ES Agentforce solutions tailored to executives, HR leaders, and employees

  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for internal ES product launches with cross-functional partners

  • Create and deliver compelling product demos and presentations that show measurable business impact

  • Support customer meetings, webinars, and executive briefings with strong narratives and materials

  • Gather customer feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and demo effectiveness

  • Conduct market and competitive research on workforce engagement and AI-powered HR tools


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 8+ years in product marketing, customer marketing, or communications; experience with enterprise and C-suite stakeholders

  • Proficiency in developing executive presentations in Google Slides and crafting product messaging

  • Demo script development and delivery that communicates business value and outcomes

  • Strong storytelling, content development, and cross-functional collaboration skills


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with SaaS, AI-driven technologies, or HR/employee experience solutions

  • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem; familiarity with customer success motions

Role Logistics & Process



  • Work hours: Pacific Time

  • Onsite requirement: None; fully remote eligible

  • Interview timeline: Target by third week of December; two rounds; no assessments

  • Experience range: 5-15 years target; overqualified above 15 years; underqualified below 5 years

  • Contract conversion/extension: Unlikely
