This is a rare technical mandate to drive growth-focused engineering within a category-defining hospitality platform, offering the autonomy to own end-to-end outcomes while scaling a product that serves millions of users globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and deploy sophisticated full-stack features across core marketplace flows, directly enhancing conversion rates, system performance, and platform reliability.

  • Engineeer end-to-end solutions encompassing sleek UI components, robust API integrations, complex data modeling, and comprehensive telemetry.

  • Synthesize pragmatic development patterns within a modern Next.js App Router environment, optimizing for efficient routing, strategic caching, and seamless error handling.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design resilient API contracts that prioritize low-latency interfaces and sustainable performance budgets.

  • Champion technical excellence by implementing rigorous testing frameworks and observability suites to ensure operational readiness for critical workflows.

  • Translate intricate system logic into intuitive, high-trust user experiences in partnership with Product and Design stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the production ecosystem through insightful code reviews, automated dashboards, and proactive system tracing.

What You Bring

  • Expertise: 4+ years of professional experience building and scaling production-grade web or mobile applications.

  • Technical Versatility: Proven fluency across the full stack, with the ability to navigate backend frameworks (such as Ruby on Rails) and frontend libraries (React/TypeScript) with total autonomy.

  • Systems Design: Demonstrated proficiency in API development and database architecture, including schema optimization and advanced query performance.

  • Product Intuition: A strategic mindset focused on UX precision, performance metrics, and data-driven outcomes.

  • Engineering Rigor: Deep commitment to clean code, disciplined testing (Playwright/RSpec), and the creation of reusable architectural patterns.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A professional demeanor that excels in a high-energy, high-growth environment focused on fostering a superior team culture.
