Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks for web applications.
- Perform functional, regression, workflow, integration, and performance testing activities.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to improving automation, testing processes, and overall quality.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
|

Experience
|
7+ years of software testing experience, including 6+ years in automation with Java and TestNG, SQL, web application testing, and performance testing.

Technical Skills
|
Test Automation, Java, SQL, Automated Testing Frameworks, Performance Testing, Workflow Testing, API Testing, Test Management Tools
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Quality Assurance, Application Testing, SDLC, Defect Management, Regression Testing, Quality Assurance Processes
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
