Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze requirements and develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data for complex applications.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, automation, and performance testing activities.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects while collaborating with development and business teams.
- Maintain testing documentation, analyze results, and provide quality status and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in software testing and SDLC processes, including web applications, SQL, API testing, automation, and performance testing.

|
Technical Skills
|
Functional Testing, SQL, API Testing, JSON/XML, Performance Testing, Selenium, Test Automation, Test Management Tools
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Quality Assurance, SDLC, Requirements Validation, Defect Management, Regression Testing, Quality Reporting
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing reports, web services, and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and common test management and collaboration tools.
